I am looking for a sample clause to replace the old bylaw outlining that all cheques are to be signed by the two parties that have been authorized to do so. Now with digital banking and few, to no, cheques being written how should a NPS be amending their bylaws to allow for digital banking.

However, it doesn't include some of the detail that was included in your previous resources. Some of this information was really helpful for newcomers. Learning about the different kinds of taxes and how the money is used by government was a very helpful lesson into Canadians systems and culture. I wish you'd bring back the Paying Taxes.document.
