&lt;div&gt;The appeal period for appealing an arbitrator&#039;s award is 40 days, not 30 days! This should be corrected.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Appeal&lt;br /&gt;
19.19   (1)A party to an arbitration may appeal to the Supreme Court an arbitration award on any question of law or on any question of mixed law and fact.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
(2)The time limit for starting an appeal is 40 days, beginning on the day after the arbitration award is received by the party.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
(3)On an appeal, the Supreme Court may do one or more of the following:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
(a)confirm, amend or set aside the arbitration award;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
(b)remit the arbitration award to the arbitrator together with the court&#039;s opinion on the question of law that was the subject of the appeal.{{DISPLAYTITLE:&lt;br /&gt;
