<p><b>New page</b></p><div>It's mentioned at "What activities need to happen at the AGM?" that the members must vote and approve the financial statements. I could not find any where in the BC Societies Act the mentioning of such. May be I overlooked. Please indicate the appropriate Societies Act section to help.<br />

On the other hand, per Societies Act section 38 (1)(a), the financial statements should be approved by the directors (and signed by 1 or more for confirmation) before issuing.<br />
