Appeal<br />
19.19 (1)A party to an arbitration may appeal to the Supreme Court an arbitration award on any question of law or on any question of mixed law and fact.<br />
<br />
(2)The time limit for starting an appeal is 40 days, beginning on the day after the arbitration award is received by the party.<br />
<br />
(3)On an appeal, the Supreme Court may do one or more of the following:<br />
<br />
(a)confirm, amend or set aside the arbitration award;<br />
<br />
