Since 2020, procedures, forms, and laws have changed significantly. While gross inaccuracies have been corrected, some details may still be outdated. Primary sources consist of case law, legislation, court rules and court forms and are covered elsewhere in this guide. These sources contain complex information and may not be easily understandable. They generally require interpretation of some kind, which is why it’s easiest to first look through the secondary sources that explain them.
