Allan Parker, QC has held various positions as a staff lawyer and manager with the Legal Services Society, and he was also an instructor at the Law Society's Professional Legal Training Course for several years. More recently, he was the Executive Director of Access Justice before its merger into Access Pro Bono, and he now serves as a part-time consultant to APB. He is a part-time mediator, a member of the Civil Mediation Roster, and is Access Pro Bono’s resident expert on debtor-creditor law. Allan served on the editorial committee for the Legal Help for British Columbians and reviewed the consumer and debt section of the Guide.
