Hi, it's spelled "mould".

I've had to get a hotel room for five days next month due to scheduled repairs to my unit from water damage. The landlord insists I pay the full month's rent on top of over $1000 for alternative accommodation. May I deduct this from my rent (over two months as I'm only paying $750/month)?
