The Manufactured Home Park Tenancy Act (SBC 2002) c 77 is the legislation that governs manufacture home tenancies, where the owner of a manufactured home rents a pad in a park.
If a tenant rents the manufactured home itself, the tenancy falls under the Residential Tenancy Act.
