Form F98 Notice of Appeal from Master Registrar or Special Referee is prescribed by the Supreme Court Family Rules. Rule 22-7(8) provides that a decision of a master, registrar or special referee may be appealed to a judge of the Supreme Court. The appeal must be made by filing a notice of appeal in Form F98.
