Form F18.1 Requisition - General (Application)

Form Form F18.1 Requisition - General (Application) is a legal document required by the Supreme Court Family Rules to apply to serve application materials prior to attending a Judicial Case Conference (see Rule 7-1 (5)), or to shorten the service period applicable to a notice of a Case Planning Conference (see Rule 7.1-1 (4)).

Normally referred to as the "Supreme Court of British Columbia," this court hears most of the trials in this province. The Supreme Court is a court of inherent jurisdiction and has no limits on the sorts of claims it can hear or on the sorts of orders it can make. Decisions of the Provincial Court are appealed to the Supreme Court; decisions of the Supreme Court are appealed to the Court of Appeal.
