4. Cross-referencing to the forms is currently quite wild - they have one name in the document and another in the TOC. We need to harmonize this.
4. The links to sections are usually made to the long title, not the title you can see online on the right. This is ok-ish online but in print you'll have to use the long title of the section in the TOC . . .
