I have a question about who is getting started?

If it's J. Average we have two sections in Getting Started that are actually written for someone else, although J. Average is welcome to tag along. That feels a bit unfocused.

We can get around this by identifying the two audiences up front - not here, in the Intro.

We want to get J. Average to read the Family Law Basics, and we want to get the people who may be helping others to read the legislation basics as well.
