Form F62 Acknowledgment of Payment

Form F62 Acknowledgment of Payment is prescribed by the Supreme Court Family Rules. A payor may require, as a condition of paying money they owe from a judgment, that the recipient fills in, files with the court, and then serves this form to the payor.

A judge's conclusions after hearing argument and considering the evidence presented at a trial or an application; a decision, the judge's reasons. A judge's written or oral decision will include the judge's conclusions about the relief or remedies claimed as well as the judge's findings of fact and conclusions of law.
