Cannot find any information anywhere on how to submit a JCC brief prior to the conference such that the Master or Judge will have the brief before them at the conference. Court Services Online has a "Brief" category, but when you submit it, they reject it, as it is not a court document. (Then why is there a category for "briefs" listed?) It is not always possible to physically attend the court house before the conference to deliver the JCC brief, especially if the conference is in another city and being attended remotely. The object of the Rules would dictate that litigants should be encouraged, if not required, to submit a JCC brief prior to the JCC taking place.
