Form F36 Certificate of Pleadings is a prescribed form under the Supreme Court Family Rules. It is used in both joint and sole claims for divorce that are uncontested. Because the same form is completed differently depending on whether a joint or sole claim is involved, be careful to ensure you view the example that is appropriate for your needs. The blank PDF form published by the government can be used for both joint and sole claims.
