Form F98 Notice of Appeal from Associate Judge Registrar or Special Referee
Form F98 Notice of Appeal from Master Registrar or Special Referee is prescribed by the Supreme Court Family Rules. Rule 18-3 provides that an appeal to the British Columbia Supreme Court, including an appeal from the Provincial Court, is to be started by filing a Form F79 or Form F80.
