Form F80 Notice of Appeal - Specified Appeal from Provincial Court is prescribed by the Supreme Court Family Rules. Rule 18-3 provides that an appeal under section 233 of the Family Law Act from an order of the Provincial Court (defined as a "specified appeal from the Provincial Court") to the British Columbia Supreme Court is to be started by filing a Form F80.
