The Family Law Act can also be used to enforce other types of orders, such as: | |||

Under section 213 of the Family Law Act, the court may require a payor to: | |||
(1) post security; | |||
(2) pay the recipient's expenses incurred as a result of the payor's breach; or | |||
(3) pay up to $5,000 to the recipient as a fine. | |||
