Form F98.2 Respondent's Statement of Argument

Form F98.2 Respondent's Statement of Argument is prescribed by the Supreme Court Family Rules, under Rule 22-7 which relates to appeals from the decision of an associate judge, registrar, or special referee. Rule 22-7 (8.4) provides that the respondent's statement of argument should be in Form F98.2 and be served within 14 days after the notice of appeal and appellant's statement of argument is served.
