She received her LLB from Dalhousie University in 2005 under the Law Foundation of Nova Scotia Scholarship. Annie was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2006 and practices exclusively in the area of family law. She has conducted trials in the British Columbia Provincial Court and Supreme Court and appeared before the Court of Appeal.
