For the default method of attendance for each appearance, see https://www.provincialcourt.bc.ca/types-of-cases/small-claims-matters/chief-judge-practice-directions and Appendix “A” of NP 28: https://www.provincialcourt.bc.ca/downloads/Practice%20Directions/NP28.pdf
