This is a Clicklaw wikibook, which features a free online resource (this wiki), which is used to also produce a printed book. |
A new home for the popular family law website from Vancouver lawyer JP Boyd. Written in plain language, JP Boyd on Family Law covers pretty much everything there is to know about family law and divorce in British Columbia. Read about the transition of this resource to a wiki format, timed to coincide with the introduction of the new Family Law Act on March 18, 2013.
