These cases are discussed in ''[[Consumer and Debt Law]]''. Links are provided to the text of those cases available on [http://www.canlii.org www.canlii.org. Virtually all the cases can be accessed through [http://www.quicklaw.ca Quicklaw], available at no cost in [https://www.courthouselibrary.ca/ courthouse libraries] around the province. Many of the cases are available in printed law reports available in courthouse libraries. In a few instances, cases prior to 1990 are "unreported" and so are not available from any reporting service.
Decisions made after 1990 can be found on the websites of the individual courts. The website of the Supreme Court of BC and the BC Court of Appeal is [http://www.courts.gov.bc.ca www.courts.gov.bc.ca]. The website of the Small Claims Court of BC is [http://www.provincialcourt.bc.ca www.provincialcourt.bc.ca].

Alternatively, the text of cases may be obtained through [http://www.canlii.org www.canlii.org] (for free) or through [http://www.quicklaw.ca Quicklaw] (through [https://www.courthouselibrary.ca/ Courthouse Libraries] around the province). In a few instances, cases are noted as unreported (and are, apparently, unavailable from any reporting service).
