Form F3 Notice of Family Claim is a legal document required by the Supreme Court Family Rules to begin a court proceeding, setting out the relief claimed by the claimant and the grounds on which that relief is claimed.

Unfortunately, there is nowhere to find the NOFC claim form online and the PDF does not work here either. As these are all new forms, a word document format for the new NOFC would be very helpful.
