We are working on a new edition of []JP Boyd on Family Law]] since there have been many changes to how family law works, both nationally and in British Columbia. In the meantime, many of the pages of this book contain out of date information.

Below is a summary of the major changes that we are working to address in the coming edition.

Changes to the Divorce Act
