Nothing in this chapter is legal advice; only a lawyer can advise an employee on their specific situation.
The majority of employment related legal claims fall into one of the three categories discussed in this chapter: • Human Rights claims; • Violations of the Employment Standards Act; • Common law breaches of employment contracts.
