Blank PDF: These forms are fillable forms available from the Ministry of Justice in .PDF format.
Blank Word: These are templates prepared by John-Paul Boyd KC (or other editors) in Word .DOC format that you can download and prepare on your computer. (Green text shows where you must make a choice, add information or provide an explanation.)

News flash but your site really is hard on the average person. The fillable documents/ PDF files do not work. The office staff do not help as they repeatedly stated all the documents are listed on the website! Hence the problem as there is no way to print or use the documents unless you print as is and then write by hand over the template. Makes the documents look ridiculous!
